This is not a practice filled with crunches and leg lifts. Instead, it uses Sadie Nardini’s techniques of connecting to the core muscle train to build stability, confidence and balance. This is a strong practice that is safe and liberating.

Some prior Yoga experience is necessary to enjoy the full benefits of this practice. Pre-registration is required.
