This 75-minute session of deep,  relaxing guided meditation is designed to help you set an intention for life in 2020 by dropping into your inner wisdom to find your deepest, heartfelt desires for the New Year.
Yoga Nidra (Yoga Sleep) is the most profound relaxation I’ve ever experienced, but it’s more than Savasana or a great nap. It’s a specific, guided journey that takes you to a place of conscious relaxation–like that magical place just before you fall asleep. But this “nidra” is not like our nightly sleep. Slowing down the activity of the brain and relaxing the body through Yoga Nidra meditation seems to access the subconscious mind in a way that creates a perfect atmosphere to absorb and recalibrate long-held beliefs, ideas, goals, intentions.
This practice will begin with some gentle stretching and breathing techniques to prepare the mind and body for rest I will then guide you through a Yoga Nidra session focusing on renewal and commitment for the New Year.
For those interested, essential oils will be added to the practice.
