I will be using the Zoom webinar platform to bring this class right into your home. All you need to do to attend is:

  4. Find a comfortable area of your home–on a mat in a quiet room, or even on your bed! Get cozy and warm, maybe light a candle or play soft music. Sign in to the class, lie back and R-E-L-A-X
