I’m offering another installment of Posture Clinic as part of the Whole Self Workshop Series. Join me Tuesday, April 23, at 7pm, to discover the gestures, habits and holding patterns that have contributed to your posture. Learn to see and feel any imbalances, straining, compensating and weaknesses that may be causing pain or discomfort.

Because my Yoga Therapy classes are intentionally small, you will receive personal attention and analysis of how you stand and move, with ideas on what Yoga postures and practices may help bring your body into a more stable alignment.

No prior Yoga experience necessary. Pre-registration is a must. If you are a first-time student, be sure to fill out the intake form when you register so that I can be prepared to help you meet your goals during the workshop.
