This Wednesday night Stress Relief workshop–June 5, 2019, at 7pm— will focus on postures and relaxation practices that create stillness, calm and tension release in the body. We will begin with a relaxing breath practice designed to calm the nervous system and boost resilience to stress. The physical postures will include slow, rhythmic flows and restorative postures. We’ll end with a deep guided meditation/relaxation with optional essential oil neck massage.
