On Saturday, April 13, at 10am, I will guide you through a Yoga practice designed to build strength in the upper body, back, core and legs.
Learn safe, challenging postures and flowing movements that will help regain and retain the strength and stability you need to feel more at ease in your daily life. Build shoulders. Bolster the back. Stabilize the core. Build leg muscles.
Some Yoga experience is helpful, but not required, for this workshop. Pre-registration is necessary.
