If you have joint pain or instability–that feeling that your knees or hips are giving out–this workshop is for you. We will explore how Yoga postures–chosen wisely and performed safely–can stabilize our joints. Learn when –and how!–to stretch, and when not to. Identify muscular imbalances and learn how to correct them.
This workshop is open to all, even those whose knees and hips may prevent them from getting up and down from the floor. No prior Yoga experience is necessary.
