You’ve heard so many benefits of meditation, but the very thought of sitting still and breathing has you kind of freaked out, right? Join me on Wednesday, April 3, at 7pm, for your chance to learn exactly how to begin practicing meditation, which methods work for you and how to use the practice to reduce stress and improve the quality of your life.

Our Yoga postures during this workshop will focus on those that help release and relax the body in preparation for Meditation. We will then work on a breathing practice to enhance the mind and body’s ability to become still. I’ll then use Guided Meditations–including a final Yoga Nidra practice–to help you wade into the wonderful world of calming the mind.

No prior experience necessary. Pre-registration is required.
