Yoga Nidra, a sublime guided meditation, will bring you to a state of conscious rest that is deep, rejuvenating and healing. Whether you are burned out from stress or work, suffering from insomnia or anxiety, feeling drained or navigating a transition or life change, Yoga Nidra can help you find a clarity, calm, resilience and deep rest.

During this 60-minute practice, we’ll begin with light movement and breath work to prepare the body and mind for deep rest. Then you will be guided toward settling into stillness, setting an intention or goal for your life right now, then moving into deep meditation.

No prior experience necessary. Pre-registration is required. Space is limited.
