Join me on Tuesday, March 26, at 7pm, to learn how to use Yoga postures, breathing practices and relaxation techniques to help manage anxiety and stress. This workshop, part of my Yoga for Stress Relief series, will allow you to experience the immediate effects of calming Yoga practices, while also providing you with the tools to use the techniques on your own. Consistent practice of stress-reducing Yoga will result in an overall reduction of anxiety and an increase in the ability to be resilient in the face of challenges.
